First Take: The Bad Education Movie- so funny it hurt my ears
Plot in simpler terms- based on the very popular BBC show, the film follows rebel teacher Alfie Wickers (Jack Whitehall) and his class on a trip to Cornwall that gets very mental
This film is one of those rare things- a TV to film adaptation done very well. Jack Whitehall has written a brilliant film, with some very funny jokes taking centre stage in the 90 minutes of British film excellence. The cast are good, the soundtrack is relevant and the direction is OK but passable. Obviously, it passed the 6 laugh test, but noone will forget the zip wire sequence. That was genius.
Smit Rating- 4/5
