First Take: Inside Out- FINALLY, Pixar have done it

Plot in simpler terms- an 11 year old girl’s journey into adulthood, but documented through the eyes of her emotions

So, after 3 years Pixar are back with a new idea. And it’s worked out perfectly- Pete Docter (the man behind Monsters Inc.) has put the studio back in the game. The plot is simple but very, very effective, the animation is flawless, the performances from Any Poehler and the cast are perfect, with the script entertaining both young and old audiences. Sure, it isn’t a Toy Story sort of good, but it is good enough to put Pixar back at the top of the animation world.
