First Take: The Theory of Everything- A brief (well, 2 hours 3 minutes) history of Stephen Hawking's time

Plot in simpler terms- based on Jane Hawking’s book Travelling to Infinity, follows Stephen Hawking as he writes and publishes Brief History of Time.

This film fully deserves any Best Performance award as Eddie Redmayne is just Hawking all over. Playing someone so iconic is a tough task, and he manages it perfectly. Felicity Jones and the supporting cast also provide brilliant performances, with the narrative being handled perfectly. Direction is good but the Golden Globe winning music by Johann Johannson isn’t my sort of style for a serious film like this.

Smit Rating- This is the very first film to achieve a PERFECT 5/5. It’s in Nolan territory guys!
