First Take TT Special: Road- The motorbike equivalent of Rush

Plot in simpler terms- Documentary profiling the history of the Dunlops, by far the most successful family to grace the Isle of Man TT Mountain course. It’s narrated by Liam Neeson so it’s alright in my books..

As an avid watcher of the TT motorbike races it was interesting to get an insight into 2 sets of brothers who turned the sport of road racing into a very popular event. It’s a very tough watch due to sheer amount of near-fatal crashes that I thought was a little too much for the PG rating. There is a lot of raw emotion as the current generation of Dunlops (Michael and William) talk about how their dad and uncle died during a race. It’s a must for anyone who is into their motorbike racing but sadly it was a one-night only cinema release. It’ll be on DVD in September though.
