First Take- 22 Jump Street- Bigger, better and funnier.

Plot in simpler yerms- Basically the first film on a bigger scale. And they’re at college (university).

After reviewing the first film a few weeks back I had very high expectations for this one and it certainly didn’t disappoint. The things that made 21 funny are back on a bigger and bolder scale as Jenko and Schmidt hit college to take down the brilliantly named drug ‘whyphy’. There are even subtle nods to the films that Channing Tatum and Jonah Hill have starred in since the first film was released and every joke worked to great effect. This is the very first film to break the curse of the sequel and make sure you stay right until the very end as the credit sequence is brilliant. There’s also a scene right at the very end…
